  My duties were but not limited to, overseeing a residential group home, consisting of 4 clients and 14 staff members. I oversaw the daily functioning of both residents and staff assuring all DDS requirements were met, all staff met training requirements were met. Conducted staff training, monthly staff meetings. Conducted all assessments, ISP, Self-medicating, Water & safety, Fire Drill (quarterly), DDS required assessments, etc. I was responsible for staff scheduling, as well schedules for our residents and improving their overall independence and daily living.
