I prepare workstations for onsite and offsite events. This includes installing a game kiosk software along with DigiPen games for game playing. * Manage and organize several onsite events that include: ** DigiPen's Career Fair- Help organize and plan the setup and removal of over 100+ computers to create a flow for industry professionals to check out senior student's work for potential job opportunities. ** Project Fun Summer Preview- Setup classrooms with computers and software for small workshops on campus. ** ProjectFun Summer Workshops for students grades 1-12 and pre-college classes- Organize the setup and removal of over 500 computers and 40 different software in 28 classrooms, In addition to coordinating the setup of 100 laptops for off-site use. ** DigiPen Day- Setup a classroom to showcase student's games that the community can play. * New Student Orientation- Every fall, spring and summer semester, new students that come to DigiPen will receive a presentation for all of the technology services that DigiPen provides.
