  Act as the spiritual leader for week-long mission trip experiences for junior high and high school students. Build relationships with youth and youth leaders, facilitate their camp experience, encourage them as they serve those in need, and lead them to encounter Jesus in new ways. Prepare and deliver morning devotions and evening experiences each day of camp, foster good relationships among the staff, see to the spiritual needs of participants, and set the tone for a great week!
