  As a member of a Construction Management Team, I am involved with managing contractor's daily task to insure that they are fulfilling their scope of work as listed in their contract in a safe and timely manner. Support mechanical commissioning and QA testing. Coordinate responses between the CM Team, Engineering, Client and Craft Labor regarding RFIs, Submittals, FCNs, etc., and make sure that the project is not negatively affect due to untimely responses. Manage project drawings and preform regular spot checks to make sure that contractors are working off the latest revisions. In the time that I have been with Amec FW, I have developed and manage a project database using the Quickbase platform to enable all parties involved on a project access to real time project data. This includes but is not limited to Equipment Specifics; Expediting Status; Purchase Orders; Construction Work Packages; RFIs, Submittals, NCRs, FCNs status; Monthly Man Hours, Invoices. Project members are able to see the status of items, run reports, and receive notifications when something has changed.
