Started out as a crew member and worked my way through the ranks to general manager. I was then promoted to Restaurateur in 2011, a CEO validated position. Creating a culture of training, development and sustainability within the restaurant. With financial success that supported all cultural aspects within the restaurant. In 2012 I was promoted from "R" to "R4", which afforded me the opportunity to lead and develop four general managers within their restaurants, training and developing them to become Restaurateurs themselves. In 2012 I was given the opportunity to uproot to the Cleveland area and develop 14 restaurants and teams of general managers, while also doing multiple new restaurant openings.
