      Before handing off the file to a closer, I make sure the information we are about to send off to the buyers is correct. I then obtain the fee's and proration's from title to start in the process of getting out the closing disclosures to the borrowers. Lastly I will assign the file to one of my closers to complete the last steps. I also help fund the loan's once the buyers have singed their funding docs. I do so by making sure title has given them all the correct documents, that they are signed correctly, clearing outstanding conditions, and make sure that they sign any additional documents that I find necessary.
