Awarded three and nominated for eleven Emmy® awards, clients range from Fortune 500 companies to solo business owners, large healthcare networks, and worldwide nonprofits. ASR Media’s team handles projects of nearly every scale and genre – from studio interviews and on-location, corporate and commercial shoots, to in-house graphics and motion productions. In-house editors, marketing director, executive and coordinating producers, cinematographers, audio and lighting options, and a multi-set studio allow for quick and efficient ways to meet 21st-century client needs. In addition to ASR Media’s individual client work and production of the PEAK TV and St. Luke's Health Now, Ashley has produced several collaborative television productions including Roey’s Paintbox, seen nationally on APT broadcasting stations and locally on PBS39; Fireflies Musical Yoga; and Science Time, all co-productions with PBS39. The company's business plan relied on assembling a team of creative, hungry minds, currently consisting of seven production and marketing employees. She invests in her team, fostering independence and allowing room for growth, in the hope that they become leaders themselves. With company time for employees to volunteer, Ashley encourages everyone at ASR Media to join a nonprofit committee or board to share their time and talents with others. Clients rave about Ashley’s work ethic, her decisiveness, her relentless follow through and interviewing skills. As Lenore Mohr, Senior Director of Marketing & Communications of United Way and a former Hollywood executive relates, “Ashley’s abilities are on par with the best in the industry. She creates video gold, understanding and capturing the ideal sound bite. I’m constantly amazed by her.” Show less

The show features health and lifestyle updates and local nonprofit organizations making a difference in the region. The PEAK TV’s mission is to give to the community and help people to become their best selves. Featured stories are aspirational, inspirational, and uplifting, and offer nonprofit organizations the opportunity to showcase their cause, mission, people, and success stories. Ashley donates nonprofit stories back to the group for use in their marketing, development, and fundraising. In addition to conducting interviews, Ashley manages show content, story development, scripts, filming schedules and instructions, post production details, and show promotion. Thus far the PEAK team has produced over 250 stories about the Lehigh Valley, its community and the people living there. The team learns participant’s stories, plans the narrative, schedules interviews, films, and edits, and uses social media to promote. With Ashley, people open windows into their darkest moments, and the team works to bring beauty - giving vision and clarity to their voice. In the words of one nonprofit leader: "ASR Media did an amazing job breaking down complexity into easily digestible sound bites and compelling visuals. Through the mastery of asking the right questions and beautiful footage overlaid with our key messages, donors and prospects finally understand what we do and how we serve the Lehigh Valley." In the short time since Ashley conceived the show, it has earned three Emmy nominations and won two. Show less
