Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the NMPAT office; supporting my manager and other office/finance employees with tasks related to the organisation of county-wide activities, hub based music lessons, school based music lessons, Saturday music centres, Tours and large scale events. As I have reception based duties, I deliver high quality customer service while handling time sensitive and confidential information. As a SEN Drama Specialist, I work in a team with two SEN Music Specialists to deliver "Y-Not Arts" Saturday Centre. Together we devise and deliver activity sessions to multiple age groups, with members ranging from 6 - 32 yrs old. As my role is drama based, I provide an opportunity for people who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) to self-express, develop communication and explore their creative abilities, while creating an environment which is safe, fun and allows all members to excel. Due to potential environmental and social challenges, this role requires "quick-thinking" problem solving and excellent inter-personal skills. My role as a SEN Drama Specialist brings me joy and enthusiasm - it is the best part of my week. Show less
