Ashley Rawlings worked indirectly under my supervision for nearly 4 years. During that time I witnessed her become a distinguished leader, reliable team mate, and productive contributor to the Chick-fil-A Battlefield team. She is well respected among her peers and a friendly face to her community. She interviewed and ultimately trained many new employees during her time. I know Ashley to be responsible, honest and dedicated. She was constantly taking initiative to go beyond the expected parameters of her job. I volunteered to write this recommendation for Ashley because I am very grateful for her contributions to Chick-fil-A Battlefield Blvd and very confident that she has the intelligence, work ethic, and communications skills to add value wherever she works.
