      As a Customer Care Agent I took phone calls from customers that had a concern or compliment about a recent stay at one of our hotels, recorded the concerns and sent them to the general manager at the hotel they recently had stayed for the GM to use to help the customer. If the GM didn't help the customer then at that point I would contact the customer and help them from there to satisfy their problem they had.
