Ashley’s style of HR management was something I’d never come across when he joined Swatch Group. He took on an advanced role that encompassed not only HR matters and recruitment, but also a deeper involvement of staff training and development. This was incredibly impactful and without a doubt aided store managers in their store development. I’d strongly recommend Ashley to any organisation, not just as a HR Partner, but also as an operations manager or large team leader.
