  Receptionist duties- I would direct all traffic in the building, greet customers, answer the direct phone and transfer all calls in charge of the rotation of the ups for all sales staff. I distributed leads and create opportunities for the customer. Set up appointments for sales staff! I did the paperwork for new units and changed the GL location of the team so that our service department could do the labor. I was in charge of ordering office supplies. I made sure the front end was always clean and tidy! Liaison duties- I gave out VIP lanyards to all the families purchasing campers for the day! I announced the family with excitement over the intercom! When they came out of their detailed walkthrough, I gave them a four-minute presentation asking if they were delighted with the experience and went over the extended warranty and services. BDC Admin- I was in charge of taking photos of all new inventory and posting them to the website; I would help out with whatever was needed to be done in the office. Show less
