Supervise Employee Relations Branch who are responsible for maintaining/updating benefits and entitlements in Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) for 1,500+ employees of the Arizona National Guard. Oversee the workers’ compensation program manager with submission of claims and ensure current and updated Regulatory guidance is provided to all employees and supervisors/managers. Implemented training program for all HR employees and Remote designees to streamline processes and provide updates to current procedures aimed at reducing errors--ultimately increasing efficiency and accountability within HR.
