I managed and executed the numerous programs and projects that the community development club had at any one time. This involved travelling to the various project sites, communicating with the stakeholders in each project, organising donors for the projects and running fund raisers. Job Shadow Project Manager

I job shadowed for 1 month in the rural areas of Beitbridge where we focussed on a program that helped the local community to farm sustainably using an orange plantation and by connecting them to the commercial market in hopes of creating a steady income for the people. I assisted the project manager by communicating with the local communities, traveling to the various destinations the program was being carried out to check up on the progress and with admin work at the head office in Beitbridge.
