Stewart Anderson

I had the opportunity to work with Ashley for 4 plus years at Novelis UK. Ashley is a dedicated and capable material planning lead. Always willing to learn and share best practice, he has a strong drive to progress. Ashley instigated and enabled a string of continuous improvements while making himself the go to person in a role that was key to operational success. Communication was vital to his role and this along with training were two aspects that he took very seriously. Ashley was results driven but his style clearly demonstrated that to achieve results the focus was continually on the team, the customer and the cost.

I have worked with Ashley for four years and would have no hesitation in recommending him for a future role. Ashley brings dedication and passion to everything he does. A Process driven approach which delivers on time, accurate data. He has lead a team to improve results for the business and is always willing to challenge the norm when he believes improvement is possible.
