  Ashley M. Coleman is Co-founder and President of C&G Construction Supply Company. With a strong emphasis on operations, Ashley is responsible for running the strategic and financial aspects of the business. Her primary goal is to ensure that C&G is one of Chicago’s premier minority construction material suppliers. Prior to C&G Construction Supply Company, Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bradley University in 2009. She later went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Roosevelt University in 2015. Ashley’s background in business management has fueled continued growth over the past decade. In honor of C&G’s 10 year anniversary, Ashley completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in 2019, which further contributed to internal restructuring and a renewed focus on C&G’s growth opportunities.
