Coordinated and designed an in-school preschool program with 52 participating city-wide classrooms and 10 Teaching Artists; Created programmatic evaluation for the program and worked closely with the Development Manager on grants, final reports, and to ensure future program funding. Designed and facilitated early childhood and elementary school drama integrated lessons in public school classrooms that were in line with state standards; and Musical Theatre, Acting, Creative Drama and Playwriting classes for young people ages 2-17 in public classroom and theater settings. Served as a mentor for intern teaching artists and gave interns verbal and written feedback regarding their teaching. Collaborated closely with artists on play productions, new works, directing plays, and teaching and designing classes and projects.
