Ashley is a unique leader who has so many positive traits and talents that I am having a hard time picking one to address first... I've worked with Ashley on many projects over the years, first as a member and volunteer, and later as a full-time coworker. I can confidently say that he is the kind of person you are both fortunate and proud to have on your team. He understands how the small moving parts need to come together to serve the greater purpose, be that purpose an individual project or a 5-year organizational vision. Ashley leads by example and no matter how many large projects he is working on at a given time, still volunteers to cover the front desk for scheduled office shutdowns. He is a calm and humble leader who works relentlessly to serve members, motivate employees, and get results, all with a smile on his face. I am truly thankful to work with him.
