I responded to high importance emails in a timely manner and did special requests for account managers, such as expediting a certain job. I operated credit card machines ensuring that the call out for the job was being applied such as changing ribbons, foils, activation labels, and mailers. I was also learning how to read certain data if there was a problem that needed troubleshooting on a machine or if a credit card was not being properly produced. I went from a machine operator to a production researcher in about a year.

    • Shift Manager
      • Feb 2011 - Jul 2014

This was my first job, and I was quickly recognized for how fast I caught on to what was expected to be done. I became shift manager within the first 5 months of working here. I was responsible for making sure customers were satisfied during the ordering process and after their food was served. I also ensured the night crew was doing what was expected of them (cleaning and storing food properly). I closed the establishment by doing end of night cashier reports as well as deposits, including securing the store.
