Ashley’s administrative leadership and strategic thinking, especially her ability to anticipate the needs of her staff and stakeholders are second to none. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Ashley for almost a decade on large scale projects consisting of implementing device integration, rolling out clinical mobile communications across the center, to most recently supporting COVID telemedicine efforts. Her project management ability never ceases to amaze me. Ashely really understands how to get the best out of people. Her contagious smile and positive attitude will be greatly missed! Without hesitation, I’d recommend Ashley to any organization as she would be a tremendous asset to the company.

Few people have the opportunity to honestly say ‘I have a manager who is a mentor, a coach and a leader’ - but I did when I worked for Ashley. Ashley is a visionary leader who has time and again implemented novel solutions for complex problems in healthcare. As a manager, she was empathetic and always understood the needs of her employees. This was evident when MSKCC was implementing a new asset management system for managing medical equipment, and she developed efficient workflows to stream line the operational needs of the institution. She set realistic guidelines and always provided support when required. Her sound technical skills and exceptional interpersonal skills made it easy for her to get her point across to various stakeholders in the institution. For example, at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic her management, analytical and interpersonal skills were instrumental in collaborating with Clinicians, Nursing, Supply Chain, to name a few, in providing necessary care for patients. Her dedication and attention to detail is second to none and her ability to remain calm in stressful situations is a trait not shared by many. She is a leader that makes you want to give your best and I can safely say, she is a manager with whom everyone should have an opportunity to work.
