Tracey Peters
I worked closely with Ashley at Teneo Blue Rubicon for most of the four and a half years he was employed by the business. His role was that of the UK Management accountant and he reported to me as the Group Financial Controller. Ash was hard working, reliable and capable with a good knowledge of Financial reporting and we had a very good working relationship. He has excellent Excel skills and built good relationships with the wider finance team. He covered my FC role for some months during a six month period of absence due to illness. He coached, developed and mentored many of the team and was heavily involved in the budgeting and forecasting process as well as looking after the VAT and the monthly reporting. He left us in October 2018 due to changes in his family circumstances.
