Regular areas of responsibility are but not limited to: Managing vendor relationships, commercials & technical integrations. Organic SEO Strategy & implementation. Fulfilment & ERP integration. Payment provider integration & strategy. Daily eCommerce Operations & team mgmt. Managing Affiliate & 3rd party sales channel relationships. Integrations of all product feed based tools & channels. Implementation & testing of all code changes. Change control mgmt, specification & brief writing. Data extraction/mining & business KPI reporting. I am constantly reviewing & looking to improve customer experiences & relevance within the digital portfolio across e-commerce, email & organic/paid social marketing channels for the business. Our e-commerce platform is currently based on a customised BigCommerce deployment with multi-currency store fronts. I recently led the re-platforming project migrating away from Magento and designing a lot of the architecture of integrations between eCommerce, ERP & the wider fulfilment stack of technology. There are many API based interactions with stock & supply tools within the ERP system used across multiple sales channels to ensure real time stock availability is correct at the point of purchase & warehouse despatch along with producing correct customs data for cross border sales globally. I am responsible for ensuring the digital e-commerce & marketing channels across web, mobile & app are are all functioning in the most high converting fashion possible across the companies estate. Through the introduction of projects I implemented & specified such as a single customer view database, new web sites for the 23 brands across 58 venues and brand new telesales platforms designed to utilise the single customer view database to aid in telesales conversion; pre-sale revenue increased by just over 4 million pounds per annum across the group in the 26 months I was in post. A version of the single customer view product that I helped scope & design is now resold by Zonal as part of their digital marketing suite of tools. The business also utilises company wide BI tools (tableau), and single customer view databases allowing us to interrogate data from multiple sources (analytics, e/m-commerce, CRM, NPS and a wealth of others) within configurable dashboard environments across both desktop & tablet.
