Incorporate additional programs including a 10 day detox and Vivitrol Buy and Bill program. Manage a staff of four clinical independent contractor, 2-4 nursing staff, 3-5 support staff members and one marketing representative. Implement new protocols and procedures. Strengthen relationships with community referrals and relationships. Field patient complaints. Prepare financial reports and as well as audits related to the health of the company and employee performance. Accomplishments include implementing current protocols that have increased Vivitrol usage to an average lifetime per patient at 16 injections. Increased engagement in treatment and retention has led to increased positive outcomes. Expansion of alumni services have also continued this engagement. Additional accomplishments include an intimate involvement in the development of the BRIDGE device protocol and retrospective data collection utilized to receive FDA indication for opiate withdrawal. This device is the first FDA indicated device in the space of addiction medicine.During the COVID-19 pandemic, stay current on current knowledge, local and state guidelines to ensure safety of patient's and staff. It has also been my responsibility to develop and implement new protocols base on these guidelines.

These assessments were designed to assess the patient's substance abuse conditions as well as any underlying risk for pyschiatric, psychological, medical, genetic or sleep conditions. Based on this assessment, the assessment was staffed with our Medical Director and a recommendation for treatment was provided. I have worked very closely with insurance companies regarding pre-authorization, auditing, and with reporting to the division of insurance when appropriate.I was responsible for launching the Vivitrol Clinic program.
