Our goal is to provide the tools and opportunities to help our consultants grow, and to provide the best possible consultants to our clients. • Strategist and implement fully-cycle recruiting and sourcing methods to create and maintain pipeline of readily available candidates identifying talent via social media,networking, job boards, and job fairs. • Interview, hire and place best qualified employee to our clients.. • Hire employees and assisted with hiring-related paperwork. • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. • Promoted to Branch Manager • Acts as point of contact with Hire Investment's corporate office • Communicates regularly with Vice President to organize, arrange, and manage branch goals • Manages recruiters to ensure quotas are met and issues are resolved • Manages branch budget and expenses • Engages in salary negotiation • Sources candidates and informs individuals on client offerings, position requirements and qualifications, and determines if candidates are up to standards.
