This resolved many existing bugs and issues, as well as dramatically improving performance. • Designed and developed an automated process to exchange CRM data with the online marketing tool Exact Target. This ensured sensitive personal data was transferred between two very different systems in a robust and secure way. • Worked in a team to build a new application which would display featured advertisements on the main website, with ads paid for and authorised by Page clients. The application allowed users to view and modify the data held on the SAP system, rather than using the standard SAP client. Worked as part of a team on both the front and back end components. • In addition, to support the development of eGFS, developed from scratch a workflow system to raise Change Requests and report system errors. Users particularly commented on the attractive user interface, ease of use and improvement in functionality on features available in the IBM legacy system it replaced. • Worked as part of a team and then as lead developer building and enhancing the Assurance Budgeting Tool allowing users to create budgets for client engagements. The tool suffered from poor performance with large budgets. Radically improved the performance by rewriting the SQL procedures and removing inefficient code. Show less
