Major outcomes included structural and control system analysis with remedial recommendations to resolve current issues and prevent future incidents.Windimurra – Vanadium• Part of a small team allocated to remediate recurring production issues, through the replacement of a comminution circuit, within a 9-month shutdown schedule.Hillside Copper• Supervised a team of experienced engineers handling distribution of work to produce required project documentation (specifications, datasheets, scopes of work and tender evaluations).• Initiated a series of novel cost-saving measures to assist in meeting revised budgetary targets, including the substitution of a ~$10M thickener package with a ~$2M settling pond reclamation system.
