Sep 2021 - Present
Energy Angels currently supports over 1.09m properties and 125+ social landlords with their void energy management. I am currently responsible for managing and coordinating the internal structure of Energy Angels and the wider Angels Group. Company policies, goals and objectives are prudently used to guide cross functional teams and ensure efficient working environments are well positioned to meet the fluid needs of the company and our partners. With the current energy crisis taking affect soon after my appointment, the immediate demands of my role have been to effectively recruit and expand the customer service team, establish consistency and continuity of our services to partners and overhauling the existing staffing infrastructure to maximise the skills and experience of colleagues within the collective team. I have also implemented a number of measures to support staff culture, which include managing team workloads and optimising systems to reduce costs and promote cross functional efficiency. Show less
