  I work in human services. In human services we help financially assist cherokee citizens with low income. I mainly help those needing financial assistance with their water bills. I also make sure all the required documents are provided to complete the application process. I occasionally work the front desk and perform tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients, and process data into the computer.
