Dealing with larger accounts than the SME's I looked after at Boxx Communications gave me greater exposure and experience selling EFM, Leased lines and MPLS networks as well as VoIP and SIP solutions. Reporting directly to the directors of the company delivering on set KPI's and management reports. I implemented a new training schedule and promotion structure that can develope individuals from day one right through to Team leader level. I was responsivble to motivating the team by running incentives and continuous training on a group and one to one basis. I also rolled out a CRM system to improve the sales process and managing our data better. Primarily dealing with SME's Boxx Communications provides a telecommunications and broadband service to their customers. I was responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing new clients, establishing their requirements and filling their interview slots with suitable candidates. I would then sell the position to the candidate and the candidate to the client getting the best applicant for the role and the best job for the candidate. This position enabled me to gain a good understanding of B2B sales and how to develop client relationships. I was introduced to CRM and databases gaining knowledge of how to utilise them in a sales environment. Time management was critical in this role to ensure the candidates were in front of the client in time as I was often competing against other recruitment agencies. The role was 100% commission based so I knew that to make money I needed to be focused and I had to listen and learn from the people around me.
