Bio
Michael Lorusso
Ashley is a very hard worker who takes pride in her work. I know she will continue to succeed because of her ability to overcome challenging circumstances. During the time I supervised Ashley I saw her succeed in academics as well as in the RA position which is something most students struggle to balance. Ashley used her superior time management skills to ensure she stayed on top of her academic work while meeting deadlines and completing tasks for the RA position. Ashley Clark is a very intelligent student who has strong problem solving abilities. She has profound critical thinking skills something that most college students are still developing. I have seen Ashley come up with creative solutions to issues thanks to her ability to think critically and problem solve. Issues that most RAs struggle with she sees them as opportunities making her an essential asset for any team. Ashley did a great job working as a resident assistant and was a great team player. She helped our staff navigate conflicts always assisting her peers. Ashley went above and beyond her role as an RA creating superlative awards for everyone on our 17-person staff recognizing our staff members individually, making them feel encouraged in the position. Ashley adapted quickly and seamlessly to the RA position. She did so well we decided to make her a mentor RA for her second academic year. She was chosen to be a mentor due to her high levels of emotional maturity, teamwork abilities, perseverance, and her ability to be a great role model for others. I had a great experience supervising Ashley Clark. She is a smart, hardworking, team player with great critical thinking skills. I know she will continue to be successful because when she puts her mind to something, nothing can stop her. I would be more than happy to talk to anyone about Ashley’s experience working with me and to tell you more about her many intellectual strengths and abilities.
