      I now manage the Training and Test Conversion Services at BTL. We have a dedicated team of Product Trainers who deliver remote, comprehensive training on Surpass and SecureMarker. We also have a team available to provide a test-building service, which holds a nice crossover with training others on best practise when it comes to Surpass.

I introduced internal webinars as a way to train high numbers of staff virtually without a lot of resource implications.
