Ashleigh joined lastminute.com straight out of university with no experience, but very quickly became an integral and trusted member of the HR and recruitment team. She is dedicated, loyal and can be left to work autonomously, meaning I could relax even when the team was shortstaffed. Her confidence also means that she will deal with situations and problems normally dealt with by more senior members of the team but she will ask for support and guidance at the right time. I have no doubt that Ashleigh will go onto great things as she gains experience and I expect to see her in a very senior HR role one day!
