Advise on and coordinate remuneration practices (including ensuring regular updates of salary surveys for the division). Support and facilitate the Annual Total Compensation Review process. Facilitate the drafting, implementation and tracking of divisional transformation plans supporting business. Support business in identifying training needs and formulating and implementing Personal Development Plans. Encourage participation in Company learning initiatives. Support and partner with the Talent, Learning and Inclusion team to deploy key programmes to target audiences. Facilitate and drive employee engagement.
