I worked directly with Ashlee for many years at Xpressdocs. When I originally hired her, we had a very limited marketing department. I challenged her to not only learn our business, but also to build out a top-notch marketing organization. Ashlee did an incredible job of juggling a large workload, while simultaneously learning the business, hiring/training new employees and developing our marketing strategy and implementation plans. Ashlee has a very refreshing and infectious positive attitude. She is not afraid to venture into unknown territory and works hard to continuously improve her knowledge and skill set. She is very conscientious, naturally takes initiative and rises to any challenge that is put in front of her.
