Few people have had the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a dedicated mentor, but I did when I had the pleasure of working for Ashlee. Ashlee is the manager of our pod of advisors at TDSC, a subsidiary of California Dental Association. I was particularly impressed by Ashlee’s ability to handle even the toughest clients—effortlessly. That skill often takes years to develop but it seems to come perfectly naturally to him. He was a master at diffusing a member's anxiety and working to provide a solution that demonstrated that he had their best interests at heart. Ashlee is upbeat, supportive, and innovative in his management style. With Ashlee's excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, his ability to understand the root cause of an issue, and his ability to find a resolution any company would be lucky to have him on the team.
