  I joined this award-winning Sussex Downs pub, holding the position of Events Manager for my last two years. My responsibilities included conceptualising and hosting a variety of year-round events, such as weddings, food and drinks festivals, charity dinners and themed celebrations. Taking care to conduct prior planning arrangements with the customers to deliver a seamless organised operation on the day. Also creating advertising and marketing for public events by communicating local and social media awareness. A number of my original event themes have now become annual traditions, and have further promoted the rapidly growing reputation of the business. My years of experience include an array of different skills and attributes within the business, gaining notable relationships with a number of local contacts. During the recent refurbishment, I have contributed towards redesigning our new logo and refreshing the website to coincide with the business relaunch. Show less
