Along with managing data, I also analyze and showcase information to our executive team to keep them updated on our triumphs and areas that need improvement. During my time at the Zepf Center, I have learned the in’s and out’s of our E.H.R system, Nextgen, and was a founding implementation team member for the agency. Because of this experience, I have developed many skills around how to use our data to improve efficiency within our agency. Most recently we switched our E.H.R system to SmartCare, in which I also played an active role in implementation. In conjunction with that, I also utilize my degree in Graphic Design to fulfill the company’s current advertising needs along with creating all brochures, flyers, templates, and anything marketing related. Along with my Graphic Design Degree, I also maintain an Associates of Science Degree. Show less
