I worked with Ashlea for 3 years at TravelCard, both as CEO and board member. Ashlea is one of those super executives who's valuable for every strategic process and is able to bring an extraordinary point of view, calmness, and maturity. As a compliance officer, her ability to balance operational efficiency, customer experience, and marketability without sacrificing regulatory compliance is one-of-a-kind. I'd hire Ash again in a heartbeat.

Ashlea has been the guiding light on the TravelCard journey always maintaining laser focus on our customers, ensuring we exceeded our obligations to them as we pushed the boundaries of travel insurance. She was been instrumental in co-ordinating the regulatory setup of our ground-breaking claims payment card. Behind the scenes, Ashlea has been a pillar of support across the business quietly motivating and encouraging people to achieve more than they thought possible. It was a pleasure working with such a professional.
