Ashlan served as the primary project manager for the Measure Applications Partnership during my time on the project. During my time on the project, she took ownership of managing the project timeline and drafting all project management related deliverables. Her work was vital in ensuring that the project delivered all tasks on time and according to contractual requirements. Ashlan is detail-oriented and through when managing a project. She is able to interact successfully and efficiently with team members and clients at all levels and is a true joy to work with.

Over the summer of 2018 I worked as a Supply Chain Intern with Frito Lay, leading to a full time job offer as as Supply Chain Leader. My role was focused on designing and implementing a project to reduce waste within their operations. I utilized a DMAIC process to identify the root causes of the issue and generated new technical procedures, encouraged by in form the relevant parties, and documented all changes in the form of an SOP. Outside of this, I also identified a major outage in their waste assessment process (essentially 5% of their total waste was caused by a previously overlooked technical error) and was able to generate and implement a solution for the problem. I also shadowed Supply Chain Leaders within the plant to develop my management and technical skills. Show less
