As a former captain of the Hulme Hall football team, Askhan kindly guided me when I later took over the role. He helped me organise try-outs, select the team and liaise with the Sports Office. His support and experience really helped me ease into the role.

I had the opportunity to meet Ash during our MSc in Manchester Business School. We worked together within a team and completed a Consulting Report for a major automotive firm. Ash was an essential element of our team, demonstrating persistency and drive for excellence throughout the process. His management skills facilitated the team immensely and lead us to a first class mark.

I worked with Ash at Sport Manchester. His enthusiasm for driving the initiatives allowed him to successfully pull-off some outstanding events. Getting student attendance can be tough at the best of times, but his ability to engage and collaborate with his coaching staff and attendees boosted the participation even during the examination period. He is a creative problem solver, flexible and always supportive. I know he will do great things in his career and I wish him the best of luck in all of his endeavours.

This is an ongoing project. It is a vision I have that I work on it whenever I am bored and need to escape the madness of business. E-GodMusic is not for commercial purposes. It may materialise. It may not. It's a long-term project of mine that might take 30 years to do it. I got big visions. One is building a new-musical-instrument. What type of instrument is it? I don't know yet, because it is new but it will be an egg shape. Big and it will be played by 30 to 50 people or 15, encompassing the main historical cultures/civilization. (Arabic, Jews, Persians, Indigenous people, Africans, Chinese, Turkish, Russians, Mongolians, Caucasians, Romans, Latinos etc...). That sounds crazy. I know it is, thank you What inspired you to do this? Hm, so many things. My mum is one, then wars which are useless so I thought why not think of something that can be representative of all cultures, I felt it is much better than sitting and only worrying and criticising. What is your road map? To be completed in 10 to 20 years but it can change. Do you play any instruments? Very little, I can DJ. And, I'm a sick DJ. I blast speakers. I like to learn Violin. Have you named it yet? Not yet, Ashcan? no rush tbh, a suitable name will come, I Might run a competition for it. What do you need for it? I need, musicians, sound engineers, and whatever you call the people who build musical instruments. Certainly financial support as well. 10 mins over. That was good one Ashkan. Me, thanks, I was getting warmed up. I know, sorry, we have to get going with other ppl too. Me, That's cool. Good luck anyway. Me, Don't wish me luck, wish me the best. I don't believe in luck. Bye

Sep 2018 - Feb 2019
My first investment popped as the founder backed off after spending my money. Completely Transparent Payment Solution was born when one of the co-founders, after weeks of trying, struggled to find a reliable company which offered satisfactory rates and transparent services. As a result, the business concept was developed based on transparency, competitive pricing, excellent services and with the goal of building a long-term relationship with our business partners. We understand the burdens small businesses endure in the competitive environment and our mission is to help them save money while giving them a peace of mind by our services and quick card processing services.

Changing playing environment, I eliminated distraction, increased concentration, teamwork, communication and self-belief in less than two months. The handshakes and thank you I get at the end of sessions is what makes me happy and motivated to push for more. With limited playing space, I adapted a training style that eliminated, blaming the ref (me); the ball; pitch and teammates. I promoted a culture of self-improvement; collaboration and forward thinking amongst over 30 attendees.

Sep 2016 - Feb 2017
I worked on a project to increase global sales of an engineered fire-resistant product. I identified new opportunities in the manufacturing industry of domestic and food container glasses, marine industry in Germany, Italy, France and the UK. I collaborated with several internal departments and teams simultaneously and ensured quotations, enquiries and orders were processed in a timely manner. In one occasion, I avoided dissatisfaction with a client who had bought over £130k of goods from the company. Collected a £20k debt which was overdue for more than a year where my experienced colleagues' efforts had been failed. I assisted overseas Sale Team in Italy, Germany, Finland, and India, to maximise sales. My activities involved communicating with the engineers in the lab, planning department, business manager and the commercial director for acquiring specific test results, providing quotes and estimating delivery time. I monitored Pipeline and processed new orders, followed up quotations and, responded to enquiries of under £25,000 value. Ethics; transparency; trust; collaboration; building solid relationships and 100% solution focused was my framework that I applied in my everyday activities at work. Despite my love for the nature of what I did, I decided, for several reasons, to choose a different path for my future and left the job.
