It was a pleasure working with Ashkan on the launch of P&G’s Braun brand in Iran. As a full re-launch project in the country, we had to set up the fundamentals for long term success and Ashkan was instrumental in ensuring an excellent execution at the point of sale, ensuring the right distribution, assortment and visibility in the different channels. He also successfully led the Sales Consultants engaging program, ensuring that they all felt motivated and trained.

The best Aspect of working with Ashkan is his loyalty an enthusiasm. He is a good marketing strategist and stays focused under stress and higher work loads. I would highly recommend Ashkan and definitely would work with him again in the future.

Management consulting is an overcrowded, oversaturated industry; one where every MBA graduate fresh out of business school calls themselves a consultant. There are only a handful of talented individuals who are equipped with substantive knowledge and understand the industry inside and out. And I believe Ashkan is one of those talented professionals who is rare to find. It is not everyday that we come across someone who is unimaginably voracious, well-read, and thoughtful. On a personal level, Ashkan is a magnetic, genuine, and kind friend who takes time out of his busy day to have a friendly chat with you. Working with him is a privilege; one we all must embrace.

I am helping businesses protect and grow their market share and find their position in this VUCA world. It is tough to maintain a strategic approach in such a dynamic environment. Hence, it would be crucial to find a balance between daily tactics in the frontline and long-term strategic viewpoint at the upper organizational level. I am here to build the balance! I contributed to the strategic orientation and strategic priority design of clients in a co-creative approach using design thinking methods in strategic sprints. I led clients through the process of problem framing, value and purpose definition, evaluation of assets, capabilities, and competencies, opportunity mapping, solution architecture and finally prioritizing high potential priorities which could be harnessed by the company. I worked with clients to ensure that their strategies were aligned with their business goals and objectives and were meeting all stakeholders’ needs. Show less

My passion for crafting products goes back to my childhood. When I was 14 years old, observing Bazaar in Tehran aimed to discover any potential in the market. And my acquaintance with the printing industry in the same years, when I learned Adobe Photoshop from the self-taught books, and I became familiar with silk screen printing, offset printing, etc. What later helped me in the field of branding FMCG and Consumer Electronics industries. And of course, my education in management and familiarity with Marketing helped me a lot in this way. Along with all this, art and music have been with me since I was eight years old, and the desire to create never calmed down in my mind. It may be far-fetched, but all these seemingly scattered events gave me the motivation and courage to start the journey so that I could experience them all together. And that was nothing but the creation of Daloti, which is truly at the beginning of its life today but has a bright future ahead. Everything here in Daloti is carefully CRAFTED WITH PASSION. My role as a marketing consultant was to investigate, design, and offer the best possible solutions to my client's requests based on different criteria like their current and desired position in the market, their core competencies, competitive advantages, core values, missions, visions, Etc. Their request should be somehow translated into a detailed statement in which we could identify and diagnose the main issues. As an engagement manager in projects, this diagnosis and solution design was my job. I was responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering final results to the client. I also worked with my colleagues on their projects once I could add some value from the Marketing and Strategy point of view. Our offering in Marketing could vary from providing a Go-To-Market strategy to doing a Feasibility Study for launching new products or services. Show less
