  Commerce Graduate with a flair for both Securities and Funds accounting coupled with over Twenty Two years of experience in Trading, Clearing & Settlements, Risk Management and Compliance.Markets have evolved over the last two decades from physical trading and settlement to screen based trading and settlements. I have been a part of this transition and in the process have been successful in implementing online trading platforms, risk free settlements of both securities as well as funds of clients and exchange, have interfaced with exchanges in implementation and development of various tools and processes for online trade modifications, confirmations of trades by Clearing Members / Custodians etc.In my professional journey till date, I have exposed myself to various other markets over and above Equity and Equity Derivatives i.e. commodities (both OTC and exchange based), currencies etc. I have experience on both the agency business as well as the proprietary business.I believe that for success one has to be ahead in thinking, anticipating, adapting and implement changes dynamically to have the first mover advantage in the ever fiercely competitive broking business.
