Conducting process mapping of ASHA incentive on the Ashwin portal to ensure timely payment. • Conducting Capacity Building workshop on Digital literacy for ANMs on ANMOL App adoption, ASHAs for Ashwin portal & NCD application, and DM&E, BMNE & DEO on ABDM program mandate. • Health System Intervention: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including government officials and healthcare workers, and support to achieve 100% Health Facility Registration and Health Professional Registration in the district under ABDM. Supporting in HPR verification process for the Piramal State Team. • Assisting in conducting Quality Assessment of the Special New-born Care Unit (SNCU) • Engaging in self-reflection and developing leadership capabilities through leadership training & and articulating personal dreams and goals. • Undergoing community immersion to better understand the local context. Conceptualizing, and executing public system projects to improve Nutritional awareness, healthcare access, and delivery. • Building leadership capabilities through boot camps, debriefs, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Improving skills and gaining better self-awareness through practising Vipassana meditation. Show less
