Working for new product development in R&D.Currently working on the projects like below:1. Fire Fighting Robots for industrial hazards. (Foam based, Water mist, both battery and engine driven)2. Welding Robot for heavy and long distance piping systems.Responsibilities:1. To design new ideas to make the feasible mechanism for the desired application of the robot.2. To do 3D modelling for the parts and its assembly using CREO Parametric to design, analysis & development.3. To prepare detailed 2D Drawings using AutoCAD 2015 for the production and vendors.4. To develop mechanisms for the critical applications of the robot, to conduct physical model trial tests & check feasibility of the design and making continuous improvement.5. To perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Ansys Workbench to determine stresses developed within the parts, fatigue life & stress concentration at critical sections.6. To check manufacturing feasibility of the design and monitor it during production for future references.
