I had the pleasure of working with Ashika for over 15 years. Ash is a tenacious person and highly motivated to get the job done. She is a well-rounded marketeer and is equally happy to create digital campaigns as well as traditional ones. Her eye for detail is supreme and can be absolutely relied upon to do a great job. From a project management point of view Ash has it all, from suppliers to internal colleagues she forms relationships easily and is the glue that helps moves projects along to deliver a really good end product. Ash has a commercial eye and using customer insight is able to create products that offer value to customers and the business. She will challenge colleagues using facts and will help those who need additional support.
