During my tenure with Barclays, I was a part of an initiative which aimed at implementing GPP in europe for Barclays, replacing the legacy system. 4 countries were lined up for this change. I was a part of core-product implementation. I was working on scrum methodology for our deliveries and got first hand experience of business analysis and doing things the agile way. I worked in the capacity of Test-Analyst there. Understanding the requirement, preparing test matrices, test case coverage, testing, defect analysis and triage, retesting and regression testing etc were my key responsibilities. Requirements analysis and breakdown of user stories was also a part of my job during my later stages with the organization.
