  I was responsible for setting the direction of our school's technology program. Successfully moved the school from a basic technology usage to a technology leader in the district and region. This process included: -Infrastructure upgrade - Went from 4Mbps to 200Mbps bandwidth, including setting up new backbone rub through Cisco core switch and Linuxbox fire wall. -Hardware upgrade - Went from one laptop cart of 25 computers to a one to one program in grades 5-12 and iPad, android tablet and Chromebook carts in lower grades -Migrated staff and students to a Google Apps for Education environment including all necessary training -Implemented MAP testing and later migrated to web based MAP testing -Launched Makerspace, design program and student-led news channel. -Additionally, I taught a wide variety of classes from design, to robotics to running a weekly news broadcast and YouTube channel
