The TREE program at Native American Connections is a grant funded program by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). We provide services to any individuals ages 16-25, living in Maricopa, with a variety of services including: individual counseling, outpatient substance use treatment, life-skill/workforce development, housing navigation, and more. I am one of two case managers for the program who aid our youth in achieving independence and a healthy outlook on life.
