      The research project was aimed to develop an Inverter circuit that generates a 100KHz AC signal using MOSFETs based on the principle of zero voltage switching. A gate driver circuit was needed to be designed with the most efficient topology. The Inverter should have minimum conduction and switching losses and should work in full range of operation. In the end, two LT spice simulations were realized after comparing five topologies. A 100 kHz AC signal was required to be generated at the output of the Inverter to meet the application's requirement. Show less

      Worked with my team on a hashing based IP which searches around a million entries in 20ns. It also efficiently performs the operation on the database such as Insert, Delete and Modify as per user’s request. We have achieved the target of performing the search operation in 8 clock cycles (24 ns). My team successfully completed the task of performing search, insert and delete operation with minimum latency of 8 clock cycles.
