Fatgiyah Bardien

I have known Asha in her role as PMO Lead since I joined the Methods Group in 2014. I have been impressed by her ability to manage a PMO function that now supports five companies across our corporate group. The Methods Group has grown very quickly in terms of numbers of permanent staff and associate staff; the number of concurrent projects being delivered and managed has increased similarly. Asha manages a PMO that works very closely with our financial, bid and operations team and manages these relationships very well. The role requires project management, people management and a good practical knowledge of the use of key applications such as SharePoint and Salesforce - Asha demonstrates all of these skills.

Asha is a very hard working and dedicated individual. I have caught her working countless late evenings and weekends to ensure that her PMO unit is on top of matters. She has excellently managed a number of significant changes in a short time whilst at Methods Group. Asha always makes time to address all queries raised in a calm manner.
